The Hookway Partnership LLP was recently selected by a Bristol-based Housing Association to assist them with essential fire compliance works at a four-storey residential block of flats situated in the city centre.
This comprehensive refurbishment project was expertly managed by the Hookway team, with the property undergoing extensive fire safety upgrade works to the communal and private areas, including:

  • Fire containment to structural members
  • Implementation of new fire alarm system
  • Fire door refurbishments
  • Fire breaks & compartmentation works to critical escape routes
  • Renewal of internal surfaces to improve fire resistance to communal areas
  • Intrusive inspection works to review the building’s existing fire resistance & compartmentation to the critical escape routes.
